Shipping And Return Policy

Delivery policy:

Order in Central District and Ashdod - free
Order for the other areas - cost of 30₪
Order for 700₪ or more - free

After your order, you will revice a message with the order number for tracking.
Before the package arrives to you, a courier on our behalf will contact you to coordinate the delivery date.

Home delivery service is active in all parts of Israel, with the exception of Eilat and the surrounding area, where the delivery is to a collection point.
The delivery is made within 2-8 business days which will apply from the date of confirmation of the order with the credit company.

Order cancellation rights:

You are entitled to cancel Your order within 14 days for any purches over 50₪ without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the products

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Please note you'll receive a full refund without shipping fees.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Products were purchased in the last 14 days
Products must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products are in the original packaging
Products aren't used or damaged

The following products cannot be returned:

The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Returning products:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the prodcuts to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
